Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Babydoll Dance AI, a credit-based AI generation service available at babydolldanceai.com. By using Babydoll Dance AI, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
Babydoll Dance AI uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity under your Babydoll Dance AI account. You must provide accurate information and may not use another person's account without permission.
AI Dance Videos
Babydoll Dance AI creates dance videos from one to three uploaded portraits. You must have permission to use every photo and everyone pictured must be 18 or older. Review your video before sharing it; facial details, outfits and movement can vary. Original music is not included.
One-Time Video Packs
Babydoll Dance AI does not currently include a free generation allowance. Any future trial shown in the product will be subject to its displayed limits.
Each pack includes the number of 15-second, 9:16 videos shown before checkout. Videos expire 90 days after purchase and are used in order of expiry. A video returned after a failed generation receives a new 90-day validity period.
Refund Policy
One-time purchases are processed by Stripe and do not renew automatically. You agree to the price and any taxes shown at checkout. Your purchase history is available in account settings.
The video is returned to your balance when a generation fails. Completed and delivered videos are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact support about duplicate purchases or a technical failure we cannot resolve.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Babydoll Dance AI to:
- Break the law or violate another person's rights.
- Create, upload, or distribute content involving sexual exploitation of minors.
- Impersonate people or mislead others in harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive ways.
- Generate malware, phishing content, scams, or instructions for wrongdoing.
- Harass, threaten, or target people or protected groups.
- Upload private, confidential, or copyrighted material without the required rights.
- Interfere with, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits of the service.
We may block prompts, remove content, suspend accounts, or limit access when we believe the service is being misused.
Ownership and License
You retain rights you have in prompts, uploads, and outputs, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You grant Babydoll Dance AI the rights needed to process, store, display, transmit, and troubleshoot your prompts, uploads, and outputs so we can provide the service.
You are responsible for determining whether you can use an output commercially or publicly, including whether rights, releases, licenses, or disclosures are needed.
Service Availability
Babydoll Dance AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, models, pricing, credit costs, providers, or availability at any time.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Babydoll Dance AI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Babydoll Dance AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or use Babydoll Dance AI in a way that may harm others.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
